Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
∎ Allocate tasks, set daily priorities, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
∎ Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
∎ Customer Care Operations:
∎ Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints regarding product orders, delivery, pricing, and availability.
∎ Ensure accurate communication of pharmaceutical product with pharmacies.
∎ Oversee order processing, track delivery movement, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain customer records and prepare regular performance and service quality reports.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product development, Quality Assurance and compliance) to resolve issues.
∎ Quality Assurance & Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal service standards.
∎ Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in all customer interactions.Support and manage product recalls, returns, and complaint investigations.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
∎ Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and SOPs.
