Minimum 3-to-5-years’ experience in Lingerie garment factory Specially M&S & H&M work experience
Good Lingerie product stitching and construction knowledge
Good Computer knowledge
Innovation knowledge
Prepare detailed Operation Breakdown (OBD) for intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, shapewear, active intimates, etc.) with accurate SMV calculation.
Analyze style requirements, study technical files, and develop the best method of garment assembly to ensure efficiency.
Allocate machine types, attachments, and manpower for each operation to optimize productivity.
Work closely with IE, production, and technical teams to finalize OBD before bulk production.
Ensure correct sequence of operations for smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks.
Calculate manpower requirements, line layout, and skill matrix based on OBD.
Update and revise OBD when there are style changes or buyer comments.
Conduct time study and method study to validate OBD accuracy and improve efficiency.
Support the production team during line setup, pilot runs, and new style implementation.
Provide training and guidance to operators on correct method of sewing/assembly.
Maintain OBD records and reports for management review and future reference.
