Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1.     Review and assess claim documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
∎ 2.     Ensure comprehensive analysis, justified evaluation, proportionate scrutinization of all kinds of Claim settlement.
∎ 3.     Verify Claims before settlement, Ensure smooth claim collection & payment.
∎ 4.     Communicate with policyholders, beneficiaries, and relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
∎ 5.     Proactive initiatives to ensure proper documentation, systemic storing of claims before and after payment.
∎ 6.     Ensuring of professional & pleasant communications in terms of claim query with internal & external clients and maintenance highest level of Client satisfaction.
∎ 7.     Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
∎ 8.     Maintain good relationship with the Hospitals, Clinics and Diagnostic center. Any other need-based task assigned by the line manager.
∎ 9.     Maintain effective communication with the internal and/or external departments, branches, and clients as well.
∎ 10.  Authentic and evidence based analytic reports/plan and new operational idea development & sharing
