Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD.
Monitoring construction activities & ensuring construction activities matches with drawings and specifications.
Determining construction methods, materials & quality standards, interpreting specifications, plans, construction methods and procedures.
Implementation of Architectural, Structural, plumbing works perfectly as per drawing.
Site management, BOQ, Cost & Budget Preparation.
Follow up detailed work programs & contractor’s manpower.
Supervising all construction works of Project to ensure the work is to be done on schedule.
Checking the details quality of works to meet in process and finished specification and workmanship of works.
Keep coordination with Purchase department for Material Supply.
