Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving production plan with shipment plan from planning department and Receive printing program plan concerns wise.
To manage designing strike off and printing as per quality requirement.
Receive the design from concern and hand over designs to design section with instruction for best development and quality production as per customer’s requirements.
Give instruction to strike off department to produce sample for approval from buyer.
Deliver printing program after clearance machine wise to shift in charge according to technical guideline of buyer.
After printing, advice processing manager to proceed fabric for finishing
To ensure good quality production and minimum damage percentage.
You will be responsible for achieving hourly production target, maintain reporting & applying new tools for enhancing production.
To maintain the bottle neck analysis daily. Meet the shipment date of garments.
To maintain hourly table wise production records and to measure target achievement & efficiency.
To maintain daily/monthly reconciliation of cut panel receive, production, WIP and stock.
To maintain properly buyers’ instructions on production & QA time to time and SOP of production.
To hire & develop skilled & knowledgeable employees.
To provide adequate technical & skill development training.
