• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Any relevant training or certification will be preferred

• Proven experience in different knit garments washing.

• Must have sound technical knowledge & communication skills.

• Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.

• Plan and schedule daily work for the garment washing process.

• Delegate tasks based on workload and priority.

• Work closely with washing units to provide washing specifications and quality checks.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Understand and oversee the proper use of chemicals in the washing plant.

• Ensure the quality of washed products and garments meets standards.

• Develop samples with the required wash/treatment and establish standards.

• Maintain records of washing recipes in coordination with relevant departments.

• Ensure productivity and quality of products are maintained.

• Track and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Time and Action (TNA) plans.

• Oversee bulk washing, garment washing, finishing, and sampling processes.

• Have knowledge of washing machines, chemical store handling, and development of new washes.

• Handle critical situations and provide technical support to the team.

• Analyze data to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates.

• Communicate with customers to understand and meet their requirements.
