Responsibilities & Context:
Confirm the packing lists and shipment schedule after receiving from merchant and submit shipment booking in buyer’s nominated forwarder’s portal.
Ensure EXP certification from bank.
Export documents preparation (Commercial Invoice and others).
Maintain regular communication with Freight Forwarder.
Communicating and providing necessary documents (CI, Sales order, VGM Form, EXP copy etc.) to C&F agents as per requirement.
Ensure submission of necessary documents (Invoice, Cargo Release Confirmation, Sales Order number) to buyer and bank documents (CI, packing list, shipping order, FCR/BL copy) to bank for payment.
After closing of shipment file submitting it to cash incentive section.
Ensure final invoice posting in SAP.
Responsible for checking of H&M loading advice (Vessel name, receiving date, On board date, total quantity etc.)
Other duties assigned by supervisor and management when required.
