• At least 1 years

• One (1) year of hands-on experience is preferred

• Proficiency in numerical skill for analytics and Advanced Excel

• Expertise in SQL & BI tools will be an added advantage

• Self-propelled, aware in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Human Resources Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the existing applications (ERP/LMS) and ensure database accuracy

• Develop and prepare dashboards for decision making and various business needs

• Assist in adding new features to the existing software for digitalizing coordination processes

• Develop & facilitate classroom training module contents in coordination with HRBP and Division LT members.

• Prepare Training Calendar according to Training Need Assessment

• Plan & prepare budget accordingly to run the program
