Experience:

• At least 2 years

Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years

• Two years of working experience, preferably in MIS and financial reporting

• Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with a proven track record

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet tight deadlines

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Human Resources Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage BRAC Bank Employees’ Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund MIS and assist in preparing the periodic financials

• Assist in processing regular payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner

• Support regular BAU activities, e.g., final settlement, fitment analysis, staff loan processing, customer support, etc.

• Use MS Excel and other tools to create reports related to compensation and rewards

• Learn and adapt to various software and ERP systems, such as Oracle EBS, Fund Management System, etc.
