Job Context:
∎ The person will be required to successfully organize and shift the operation of a huge number of vehicles used for transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Transport Policy approved by management.
∎ Responsible to operate shift factory truck operations and provide updated information to management.
∎ Ensuring and checking all bills relating to fuel, labor bills &, etc.
∎ It must be ensured that all vehicles are properly maintained for customer services during shifts.
∎ Vehicles schedule on the necessity and fulfilling emergency delivery needs as and when required.
∎ Maintain accurately and on-time entry of all 'trip recording' (trip time calculations) of vehicles in the ERP system
∎ Checking vehicles through the VTS trackers when they are on a trip.
∎ Any other work to be performed as assigned by the management of the factory from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ out the overall shift controlling of transportation and related functions.
∎ Should have the adaptability to work in a huge and complex industrial environment.
∎ Ability to work on MS-Word & Excel for keeping records and generating reports on a regular basis.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
