Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ BBA/ MBA major in HRM or PGDPM will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Hard Working, Proactive, Team player, Training & Development, Working under pressure

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HR Manager
∎ Designing and developing training and development programmers based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
∎ Developing effective induction Programs;
∎ Devising individual learning plans;
∎ Producing training materials for in-house courses;
∎ Managing the delivery of training and development Programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;
∎ Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
∎ Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
∎ Evaluating training and development Programs;
∎ Amending and revising Programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
∎ Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
∎ Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong presentation skill
∎ Strong interpersonal and well-organizing skills, attentive to details
∎ Strong in Ms Excel & Power Point
∎ Ability to work with a multicultural environment.
∎ Ability to work in stressful condition.
∎ Fluency in written & spoken English.
