Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring effective recruitment process throughout the organization to ensure right people are placing in the right place.
∎ Conduct resourcing as per the controlled policy and procedures, reconcile with the headcount plan of ABP and maintain transparency.
∎ Acting as the focal point on specific talent management activities such as employee engagement, on-boarding, interviews and employer branding activities.
∎ Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
∎ Planning, implementing and monitoring strategic projects in talent management.
∎ Facilitate a smooth employee joining process, Induction process for the new employee.
∎ Assist in coordinating training & development programs and making sure the availability of the related logistics.
∎ Supports development and execution of initiatives to drive internal mobility within the organization.
∎ Build and maintain a database of Talent Management content, resources and tools, relevant current events, and trends and developments in best practices.
∎ Implementing proper documentation process of HR & QMS.
∎ Assist in any other HR and Admin activities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
