Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Optimize the truck resources by having a detailed plan on how and when the delivery schedule will be performed from the warehouse.
∎ Maintain an open communication channel with all Agora outlets to send and receive information regarding Returnable products (as defined) from outlets to the warehouse.
∎ Maintain and organize a calendar on when to receive the returnable products from the outlets to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the suppliers.
∎ Manage transport and logistics facilities to deliver products to the outlets smoothly.
∎ Ensure and supervise the duties and responsibilities of Security Supervisors and guards.
∎ Ensure that all the security equipments are maintained in operational condition at all time.
∎ Ensure timely payments of dues and uninterrupted services of all utility services like Electricity, Water, and Telephone etc. at the warehouse.
∎ Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness at the Warehouse.Ensure smooth and effective functions of all equipments, machinery, electrical and plumbing gadgets and accessories through routine maintenance services at the Warehouse.
∎ Maintain roster and identify the duties of Support Staffs and their leaves and maintain communication with the Head Office.
∎ Perform any other administrative responsibilities as required and assigned by reporting authority.
