Responsibilities & Context:
∎ গ্যারেজ বা অফিস থেকে গাড়ী বের করার পূর্বে গাড়ীর চাকা সহ অন্যান্য যন্ত্রপাতি ঠিক আছে কিনা তা দেখা।
∎ গাড়ীর ব্লুবুক, ট্যাক্স টোকেন, ফিটনেস সার্টিফিকেট, ইন্সুরেন্স সহ অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সকল সময় যত্ন সহকারে গাড়ীতে রাখা এবং উক্ত প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র মেয়াদ উত্তীর্নের আগে পুনরায় নবায়ন করা।
∎ গাড়িতে যে কোন ছোট সমস্যা দেখা দিলে সাথে সাথে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
∎ রিকুইজিশন অনুসারে গাড়ী চালানো এবং কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীদের নির্দিষ্ট গন্তব্যস্থলে নিরাপদে পৌছে দেওয়া।
∎ গাড়ী সকল সময় পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
∎ গাড়ীর সকল প্রকার নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে রাস্তায় গাড়ী চালানো।
∎ লগবই, তেল, গ্যাস বই সঠিকভাবে মেইনটেন করা এবং নিরাপদে সংরক্ষন করা।
∎ গাড়ী চলাচল অনুযায়ী প্রতিদিন হিসাবে কিঃমিঃ এবং তেল ও গ্যাস নেওয়ার সময় সঠিকভাবে লগবই এ লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
