Responsibilities & Context:

Environmental Performance

• Regularly monitor and assess environmental performance metrics related to resource consumption, emissions, and waste management.

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Audit and Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

• Plan and conduct audits to assess compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies.

• Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to address findings from audits and inspections.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in environmental compliance and sustainability performance.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, customers, and local communities, to foster transparency and collaboration on compliance and sustainability issues.

• Represent the organization in industry forums and initiatives related to environmental compliance and sustainability.

Employee Training and Engagement

• Develop and conduct training programs on environmental compliance and sustainability practices for employees.

• Promote awareness and encourage active participation in sustainability initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Implement Sustainable Practices

• Lead the implementation of sustainable practices throughout the organization's operations, including sourcing, manufacturing processes, packaging, and distribution.

• Recommend and oversee the adoption of eco-friendly technologies and practices to reduce environmental impact.

Documentation and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and permits applicable to the organization's activities.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and timely.

• Maintain documentation of compliance activities.
