• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and buyer codes of conduct.

• Monitor and maintain factory compliance in areas such as social compliance, health & safety, environment, and security standards.

• Conduct internal audits and regular inspections to identify non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective action plans.

• Prepare for and coordinate all external compliance, social audits by buyers, third parties, or regulatory authorities.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of all compliance-related activities, reports, and certifications.

• Develop and implement factory policies and procedures to meet buyer and legal compliance requirements.

• Organize awareness and training sessions for workers and management on compliance, workplace safety, and ethical practices.

• Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Production departments to ensure continuous improvement in compliance performance.

• Communicate with buyers, auditors, and other stakeholders professionally to resolve any compliance-related issues.

• Monitor and ensure timely closure of CAP (Corrective Action Plan) points raised during audits.

• Stay updated with changes in local labor laws and buyer requirements, and advise management accordingly.

• Promote a culture of ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability across all levels of the organization.
