Job Context:
∎ Must have Working Knowledge in Sweaters.
∎ Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production T&A and executing accordingly.
∎ Analyzes capacity allocates order and prepares a tentative plan.
∎ Draft and design layout & review the production planning.
∎ Make a master plan, daily plan, and instant plan.
∎ Follow up production schedule.
∎ Study operation sequence, Material flow.
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual.
∎ Monitors in-house production and sourcing plans in order to maintain the delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and evaluating raw materials, manpower planning, production recording, and follow-up.
∎ Production planning, and implementation activities, knitting, linking, and finishing to shipment according to plan.
∎ Good communication skills with merchandisers and buying house concern person.
∎ Making month-wise production budget and sales budget.
∎ Need experience in software planning.
∎ Need good skills in email communication.
∎ Quick response capacity.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working knowledge on software.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Advance knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
