Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Handle and resolve land property disputes efficiently and effectively.
∎ · Follow up cases and suits (specially N.I acts case, Money suit, Ortho rin, land related cases) by attending the court.
∎ · Filing suits & cases against the suppliers & vendor or land owners.
∎ · Supervising/ moitoring/ follow up for early disposal of the court cases, suits and different legal issues.
∎ · Provide legal opinion and support on various legal issues of J & Z Group like land case, business case, thana issues, govt. affairs, ADR etc.
∎ · Address customer default cases with tact and diplomacy, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to company policies.
∎ · Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ · Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.
∎ · Prepare report on suits/ cases for submitting supervisor or line management.
