∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect individual training need and follow up TNA process.
∎ Assist Team Leader to design monthly and annual training calendar, budget & follow up.
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
∎ To make trainings more interactive and practical introduce innovative & creative training tools & techniques. This may include OJTs, e-learning programs, employee engagement, employer branding, employee work life balance, presentations, videos, software etc.
∎ Conduct new employee's orientation program.
∎ Communicate and coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers.
∎ Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
∎ Gather feedback from trainees after each training session and training ROI analysis.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly training reports.
∎ Assist Department Head for assigned tasks.

∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
