∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly initiative-taking, self-directed, proactive.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Bhogra, Gazipur)
∎ Develop and implement HR Strategies that would align with the business goals. Report to the Unit Head on functional issues.
∎ Monitor HR plan and policies, restructuring, competency development across all departments in the light of the company's mission and vision.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing, interviewing, on boarding and retention of correct set of talents. keep the succession pipeline always filled for key roles.,
∎ Administer and improve employee performance and engagement programs.
∎ Manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with the company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
∎ Oversee benefits and compensation programs to remain competitive and fair.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to understand employee needs.
∎ Organize training programs, workshops, Initiatives to enhance employee skills & satisfaction.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee wellbeing initiatives.
∎ Manage employee relations programs, and employee grievance issues. Ensure congenial IR (Industrial Relations) environment in the factories and provide appropriate advice while dealing with workers' representatives or union or participation committee.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of payroll administration for timely payment of wages.
∎ Ensure maintenance of an effective HR Information System (HRIS) in the company.
∎ Engage in designing, promoting and implementing the performance management system (PMS), in accordance with established KPI.
∎ Maintain compliance as per labour Law and maintain a working relationship with the Labor Directorate/Inspectorate. Submit annual reports to the Labor Inspector's Office.
∎ Supervise & guide HR staff.
∎ Ensure OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health) and compliance mitigating labour act requirements.
