∎ Qualified Industrial Engineers will be given preference who have started from floor level.

∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Dynamic, initiative-taking, excellent in interpersonal skills
∎ Experienced in woven bottom line set up.
∎ Experienced on lean implementation with Green or black belt certification
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali verbal and written.
∎ Ability to collaborate with consultants/ external experts.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly initiative-taking, self-directed, proactive.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Core IE Knowledge
∎ 10-15 Years with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience as IE Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in IE in Woven Washed Bottom Garment Manufacturing

∎ Maintain the required productivity / efficiency levels across all production areas.
∎ Maintain and improve monthly Cost, SAM, MMR and Profitability.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and drive significant performance through capacity utilisations and continuous improvements.
∎ Strong hold of motions, method improvements and bottleneck management
∎ Firsthand experience of implementing lean tools and managing teams to implement continuous improvement methodologies
∎ Proactive problem solving with ability to take data driven decisions.
∎ Should have good knowledge and implementation experience in finishing and packing.
∎ Should have good team building abilities and interpersonal skills.
