Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM will added an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Head of HR for Manpower planning, Recruiting, Selection, Joining, orientation and placement.
∎ Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with the business goals.
∎ Assist to develop day-to-day HR policies and other interdepartmental SOP.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, leave, absent, late, early leave, movement etc.
∎ Drafting various forms, office orders, circulars, Letters ( termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter etc)
∎ To Assist and coordinate performance appraisal system to foster employees development and career growth (KPI based).
∎ To ensure payroll Management.
∎ Handle with Employee grievance Management.
∎ Assist to training arrangement in house and out site office.
∎ In any other job assign by Management.
∎ Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff and management personnel in the company.
∎ Face various types of compliance audits.
∎ Updating internal databases manually and ERP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Corporate HR, Goal Oriented, good communication skills, Grievance, interpersonal and leadership skill, PMS (KPI), Positive attitude.
