• Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master of Commerce (M.COM) in Accounting

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• CA (CC) with Certificate Level Passed

• Candidates having prior experience in ERP will have added advantage.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel function, MS Word, and Power Point

• Ability to lead a team, work well independently and within a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali

• Ability to work accurately under pressure, and effective at multi-tasking

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Depth Knowledge about Insurance Act, Regulations & SRO.

• Knowledge about VDS & TDS

• Assist in Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS.

• Analyzing Financial Data.

• Providing Financial Recommendations to Management.

• Assist in the Preparation of Budgets & Forecast.

• Monitor Financial Transactions.

• Ensure Accurate Financial Reporting.

• Analyzing Investment Portfolio.

• Preparation of Corporate Return, Personal Return & VAT Return.
