Properly manpower utilization.
Working hour reduce (Maintain as well as sewing Working Hr)
Process wise increase productivity
Update all the requirement info to Leader.
Max ship (Cut to Ship) , On-time PO closing
Attend PP meeting & provide necessary instruction to the Leaders
To maintains pack quality standard and follow the customer requirement
Maintain 6S in the Finishing section.
Take preparation on upcoming style.
Ensure proper line balancing with align of IED personnel
Ensure process quality from the beginning of each process
On time closing the PO after inspection , On time shipment
