Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Officer / Sr Officer - Concrete Block Sales & Marketing in CDC Concrete & Block Industry.
∎ Product Details: Hollow Blocks, Solid Bricks, Unipaver, Kerbstone, River Block, Double Interlocking Block etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales through Corporate channel, Contractor (Govt.,Individual) and LGED, PWD & City Corporation.
∎ Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer .
∎ Submit proposals to potential clients .
∎ Ensure sales are of quality (at approved rate, approved credit period and proper collection rate.
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
∎ Analyse sales to plan and forecast sales for short and long term.
∎ Survey market trends for sales and production strategy formulation.
∎ Submit monthly sales report to keep the status up to date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) working experience in Concrete Block Sales.
∎ The candidate who have personal bike will get preference and must have valid License .
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
Salary: Negotiable
