∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical, Dyeing, Dyes Chemical
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take overall responsibilities of automation.
∎ Operation & maintenance of auto dispensing systems: RD96-1 & RD96-2 (Chemical dispensing system), SLD (Salt & Soda sending system), TBCS (Color dissolving & sending system), EMTS (Powder dyes weighing system) lifting system & dissolving system etc.
∎ On time dispensing of all chemicals, salt, soda & dyes to all dyeing Machines (in all 17 thies machines & 01 Fongs machine).
∎ Ensure dyes, salt, soda & caustic soda dissolving as per demand of dyeing & to ensure the supply to dyeing machines on time.
∎ Prepare consumption report (Chemicals, Salt, and Soda & Dyes) and submit to chemical & dyes store.
∎ Add new recipe, update old recipe according to lab deep & reserve them on master computer.
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
∎ Manage the shift and supervise the employees (Worker) of Automaton to handle their works and Also consult them about their personal safety.
∎ Reporting overall activities to department head of D.G.M dyeing.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
