∎ Minimum Bachelors in HRM from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep and maintain daily record of employee attendance & leave
∎ Prepare different MIS reports as and when required
∎ Check all bills including Mobile, TA & DA in compliance to laid down policies and processes for executing efficient and effective operation of payroll management
∎ Coordinate monthly payroll with Group HR to ensure timely disbursement of salaries
∎ Manage Employee engagement activities across the organization
∎ Coordinate other HR operational works as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years relevant experience
∎ Must have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
