Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGD on HRD or Compliance will be given preference.
∎ Applicant having experience in Sweater factory will be added priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking for someone who is dynamic, well organized, and smart and who has experience in Compliance and facing all types of Audit such as BSCI, Sedex, WCA, WRAP, RSC, ISO, C-TPAT etc.
∎ Applicant should have Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency Good knowledge and experience of renowned Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social, technical and environmental Audits.
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to rectify these Preparing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyers.
∎ Applicant should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD, ISO, C-TPAT, GOTS and other certification programs.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG.
∎ The application should have experience in Compliance.
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
