Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare & submit Export Documents to bank
Handle Pl finalization and follow-up with suppliers
Follow-up shipment schedule
Communicate & co-ordinate with buyer's commercial & marketing team
Co-ordinate with Internal Departments
Ensure proper compliance with UD and bond related regulatory requirements
Follow-up export documentation acceptance & proceeds realization
Maintain accurate filling & record keeping of all export and import documents
Maintain accurate filling & record keeping of all PO, PI documents.
