• Receive, check, and store raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) as per approved documents and quality standards.

• Ensure proper binning, labeling, and identification of all RM items in the store.

• Issue raw materials to production against approved requisitions and maintain accurate issue records.

• Maintain up-to-date stock registers, bin cards, and system entries (ERP/Excel).

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system balances.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, damages, or slow-moving items to management.

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.

• Coordinate with Commercial, Planning, Production, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.

• Maintain all RM-related documents such as challans, GRN, issue slips, and stock reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards in the store.

• Support internal and external audits related to RM inventory.

• Follow FIFO / FEFO methods in material issuance.

• Perform any other store-related duties assigned by management.
