Responsibilities & Context:
General Item receive and updating Sage and SAP and reconciliation.
General item issue and updating in Sage and SAP and reconciliation.
Maintain basic discipline & 6S.
Collect Monthly PR (Purchase Order) from all of Dept.
Comparing monthly PR to reduce cost.
Receive Monthly consumable, stationary item from supplier.
Inventory of monthly consumable, stationary item.
Distribute Dept. wise consumable, stationary item over the Factory.
Issue update for consumable, stationary item with Sage and SAP.
Follow up subcontract, Printing, Embroidery transection.
Raise all Gate Pass, delivery Challan for goods out.
Support verities Dept. with emergency item collect & distribute.
