Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Response social media based customer queries in time. Collect market information and prepare report according to the data.
∎ Make prompt communication to sales/ service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer through social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.
∎ Execute sales approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales confirmation.
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format.
∎ Manage digital marketing activities on events as required.
∎ Maintain current online contents and promotional materials.
∎ Update and restructure contents as required.
∎ Track and report on online performance Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
