• Inspect and test all incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, and ensure the compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain accurate records of all test results.

• Good knowledge of analytical techniques (GC analysis, pH, viscosity, and density).

• Check quality and conformity of packaging materials (bottles, caps, tubes, cartons) as per standards

• Ensure Packaging Materials (PM) for safety, durability, and compatibility with finished products

• Conduct routine quality checks during production to ensure process control.

• Approve or reject Finished Goods (FG) before release to the market.

• Perform to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.

• Collaborate with production and R&D to improve formulations, production, and packaging.

• Conduct stability and shelf-life studies for finished products.

• Calibrate and maintain QC lab instruments.

• Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and proper handling of chemicals and samples.

• Understanding of GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO and regulatory requirements.
