Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and test all incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, and ensure the compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all test results.
Good knowledge of analytical techniques (GC analysis, pH, viscosity, and density).
Check quality and conformity of packaging materials (bottles, caps, tubes, cartons) as per standards
Ensure Packaging Materials (PM) for safety, durability, and compatibility with finished products
Conduct routine quality checks during production to ensure process control.
Approve or reject Finished Goods (FG) before release to the market.
Perform to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
Collaborate with production and R&D to improve formulations, production, and packaging.
Conduct stability and shelf-life studies for finished products.
Calibrate and maintain QC lab instruments.
Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and proper handling of chemicals and samples.
Understanding of GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO and regulatory requirements.
