Responsibilities & Context:
Performed the formulation of toiletries and cosmetic products.
Ensured compliance with GMP and 5S practices on the production floor.
Perform analytical test of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials of various cosmetics & toiletries products.
Carrying out sample collection and laboratory testing activities.
Maintain detailed record of quality inspection, in-process checking, test results, and any quality related issues or corrective action taken.
Investigate and root cause analysis of any quality issues that arise during production or after delivery.
Coordinate with R&D and formulation teams.
