∎ Proficient in computer operation, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word; working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
∎ Experience in production/material planning with good knowledge of industrial production process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for the packaging line to meet customer demands and deadlines.
∎ Coordinate with various departments (procurement, production, quality, and logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
∎ Monitor and adjust production plans based on changes in order priorities, inventory levels, and production constraints.
∎ Ensure optimized machine utilization and minimal downtime in the production process.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material consumption.
∎ Analyze capacity, materials, and manpower to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to address and resolve quality issues in the production process.
