∎ Oversee day-to-day production activities in the jute factory to ensure efficient operation
∎ Coordinate with supervisors and workers to schedule and prioritize production tasks
∎ Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets
∎ Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement solutions promptly
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
∎ Train and mentor production staff to improve their skills and performance
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production efficiency
∎ Maintain production records and reports for management review
