Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Post monthly salary entries accurately in the company's financial software
∎ Ensure timely and accurate posting of final bills in the financial software
∎ Prepare and post cheque vouchers in the financial software
∎ Prepare and post head office cash vouchers accurately
∎ Prepare and post head office money receipts with attention to detail
∎ Process BEFTN transactions and post them in the financial software
∎ Handle sales money receipts and post transactions related to foreign currency accounts accurately
∎ Reconcile all bank accounts on a monthly basis
∎ Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
∎ Prepare detailed monthly electricity and gas bill statements accurately
