Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc. in CSE will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: ERP Systems, MS Office, Procurement Management System, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, Suppy Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide MIS and ERP supports to Procurement Department/Project staff.
∎ Support and resolve troubleshooting all BRAC Procurement Management System (BPMS) software issues.
∎ Maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods.
∎ Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sorting information to prepare source for data entry. Keeping record all requisition in spreadsheet.
∎ Enter and updates procurement related data.
∎ Complete entries for PR, PO, Bill, Challan in BRAC Procurement Management System (BPMS) Software and archiving.
∎ Download Quotation & Print all documents as required.
∎ Prepare different types of reports as required.
∎ Procure goods / services when necessary as assigned by supervisors.
∎ Coordinate with ERP support team for resolving troubleshooting
∎ Act the focal point of contact for providing access to the different initiators (PR, approval under different projects).
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have skills on Software troubleshooting, knowledge on ERP Operating system, MS Word, Excel, internet and web based applications.
∎ Have knowledge on Procurement Management System, Humanitarian Policy and Standards.
∎ Have knowledge on procurement, supply chain.
∎ Have ability to work with team, under pressure and tight guidelines.
