BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive UAT scripts based on defined business requirements for SME Loan Origination System - eLAP.

• Execute UAT thoroughly based on the scripts.

• Document UAT findings, communicate them effectively to vendors, and ensure resolution.

• Provide comprehensive end-user training sessions for each phase of system delivery.

• Troubleshoot various eLAP system issues encountered by end-users.

• Gather and document system errors reported by users and raise formal requests to vendors for resolution.

• Maintain continuous follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of requested resolutions and enhancements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicating technology change requests clearly and concisely with vendors.

• Maintain and prepare MIS Database and Report as per senior management’s requirement.
