• Track all orders from order confirmation to final shipment.

• Ensure shipment targets are met as per the agreed delivery schedule (ETD).

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly shipment status reports.

• Follow up on cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing status.

• Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly.

• Ensure alignment between production plan and shipment deadlines.

• Liaise with Merchandising, Production, QA, Commercial, and Warehouse teams.

• Communicate shipment priorities clearly to all stakeholders.

• Follow up with the commercial team for documentation readiness (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

• Identify potential shipment risks (shortages, delays, quality issues).

• Take corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.

• Ensure proper contingency planning for urgent shipments.

• Maintain accurate shipment trackers and dashboards.

• Share regular updates with management regarding shipment status.

• Prepare audit-related shipment documentation when required.

• Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability.

• Follow up on shortages and ensure timely arrangement.
