• Arranging Critical Part activates with correct lead time to achieve given Plan Cut Date. Size sets, Pre-Production meeting, print, Etc...

• Weekly cutting plan will be submitted for next 6 days considering fabric availability and forecast.

• Attending daily input meeting – Discussing daily cut stocks and requirement by line and color,

• Attending daily cutting –Discussing with cutting team for next two days cutting plan

• Arranging Daily shipment follows up meeting.

• Weekly shipment Purchase Order checking by color by sizes & Discussion with production team

• Making draw back note from factory merchant meeting, highlight issues as drawback reasons & communicate with Department Head concern.

• Follow up Raw materials & Critical Part on basis of weekly production plan by having meeting with factory merchant team.

• Making monthly plan change over in image.

• Making monthly production summary & change over end of the month

• Making report on weekly Input plan with fabric requirement projection.

• Making report daily basis on cutting stock scenario with line target.

• Circulate weekly basis Work in Progress report to UK concern team.

• Making daily basis production plan Vs achieved hours report

• Updating production related information in weekly build up report daily basis

• Updating pre-production & style wise images information in Fast react software

• Prepare weekly cutting completion report & sending to Finance department
