Factory operations, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining employee attendance & leave management on daily basis
∎ Prepare Absent & late list
∎ Leave & Holiday Management
∎ Finding the long absence employees & releasing related letter within due time
∎ Preparing Attendance Sheet.
∎ Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
∎ Prepare all Yearly Increment & Confirmation list & check & report.
∎ Managing all kind of bonus.
∎ prepare and distribution of Earn Leave (Manual).
∎ Monitoring of Final Settlement and execution
∎ Monitoring of Maternity.
∎ Handling Provident Fund and its management.
∎ Insurance Ensuring.
∎ Provide support to audits on all pay benefit issue.
∎ Monitor total payroll management and audit requirements.
∎ Prepare report on Production floor daily working hour & Section wise manpower.
∎ To take dictation & assist to the Head of Operation.
∎ To maintain proper documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Candidates must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic and presentable.
∎ Candidates must have the ability work under pressure & to understand management orders and directions.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have experience in the manufacturing with reputed companies or multinationals.
