Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all the moulded bra sample requirement (initial mouldbility testing to final molding spec creation).
∎ Responsible for entire bulk molding process (plan vs actual).
∎ Ensure smooth operation of molding process to ensure efficiency and increased productivity (by innovative thinking).
∎ Supervise to the team to achieve their targets and develop their skills (Molding Skill matrix). 20
∎ Maintain Zero process related/Technical related/Quality related down time in Molding section.
