Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for all the moulded bra sample requirement (initial mouldbility testing to final molding spec creation).
Responsible for entire bulk molding process (plan vs actual).
Ensure smooth operation of molding process to ensure efficiency and increased productivity (by innovative thinking).
Supervise to the team to achieve their targets and develop their skills (Molding Skill matrix).
Maintain Zero process related/Technical related/Quality related down time in Molding section.
Maintain LTO & absenteeism in Molding section.
