• Responsible for all the moulded bra sample requirement (initial mouldbility testing to final molding spec creation).

• Responsible for entire bulk molding process (plan vs actual).

• Ensure smooth operation of molding process to ensure efficiency and increased productivity (by innovative thinking).

• Supervise to the team to achieve their targets and develop their skills (Molding Skill matrix).

• Maintain Zero process related/Technical related/Quality related down time in Molding section.

• Maintain LTO & absenteeism in Molding section.
