Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or Bachelor's degree in management information system, social science or any other related subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Management Information System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, accumulate & analysis data which used by management to plan, evaluate and control the programme.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS reports for both the internal management and external stakeholders.
∎ Assist in policy development to ensure data accuracy and security of HCMP.
∎ Ensure a monitoring and evaluation system is developed to include indicators, tools, and methods of data collection and analysis as well as frequency of data collection.
∎ Assistance in development and implementation of standard MIS across all sectors of HCMP with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Assist in coordinating across the available sectors of the projects to ensure effective implementation of MIS.
∎ Undertake any other necessary duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound knowledge on Management Information system in development/humanitarian sectors.
∎ Have good command over English both in written & verbal.
∎ Have in-depth computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PowerBI/Tableau.
∎ Have skill on implementation M&E tools in Kobo/ODK etc.
∎ Have excellent skills in presentation.
∎ Have strong team building skills with gender friendly attitude.
∎ Have excellent analytical ability and able to perform assigned tasks independently.
