∎ At least 01-year experience in SME Banking / Branch Banking / Product & Process Development / Digital Transformation Projects / any other suitable tasks related to related functionalities will be an added advantage.
∎ Problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
∎ Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or SQL) is preferred
∎ Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and enhance the eLAP Loan Origination System to streamline loan processing and improve productivity.
∎ Drive new digital transformation projects aimed at automating and optimizing banking operations.
∎ Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure efficient implementation of technology-driven solutions.
∎ Analyze and improve workflows to ensure ease of doing business and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
∎ Follow up with stakeholders and teams to ensure process improvements are implemented effectively.
∎ Driving the Lead Generation, Conversion Customer Relationship Management through Digital means.
∎ Ensure digital adaptability at service delivery points of the bank and increase digital penetration of the customers.
∎ Leverage data analytics tools to monitor system performance, track progress, and generate actionable insights.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on business impact, user adoption, and areas for further improvement.
∎ Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk, operations, and sales, to align projects with business objectives.
∎ Act as a central point of coordination between different stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure smooth execution
∎ Regularly visit geographic locations to understand field challenges and foster alignment on business transformation initiatives.
∎ Conduct training sessions for sales channels and field staff to ensure proper use of systems and adherence to processes.
∎ Provide 24/7 support to field teams to resolve operational and technical difficulties.
∎ Gather feedback from users and relay it to relevant departments for further refinement.
