Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential corporate clients in various industries (e.g., multinational corporations, government agencies, travel management companies).
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers in target organizations, including travel managers, corporate office executives.
∎ Understand clients' travel needs and tailor solutions that align with their objectives, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Create and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
∎ Negotiate and close high-value corporate contracts, including volume agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
∎ Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
∎ Monitor and track client performance, including booking patterns, spend, and satisfaction levels, and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
∎ Work with internal teams (e.g., reservation, ticketing, marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth execution of corporate contracts and services.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop corporate-specific promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and represent the airline's corporate services.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and new technologies to offer innovative solutions to corporate clients.
