∎ For JO–SO Level: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a bank or training institution, preferably in learning and development.
∎ For PO–SPO Level: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience, including proven involvement in training delivery, coordination, or content development
∎ Candidates having experience with digital learning platforms (LMS) and training MIS will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
∎ Very good skill in MS Office.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla & English
∎ Familiarity with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, AML/CFT training standards, and e-learning systems is desirable.
∎ Certification in Training of Trainers (ToT) or Instructional Design will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in designing, developing, and updating training modules on general banking, Credit, Risk Management, Foreign Trade, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, customer service, soft skills, and digital banking tools.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in physical and virtual formats, under the supervision of the Training Academy leadership.
∎ Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communication with departments, participant nomination, attendance, and feedback collection.
∎ Support the implementation and management of the bank’s e-Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploading, user management, and reporting.
∎ Contribute to the development and maintenance of the e-Library, ensuring access to up-to-date digital learning resources for bank staff.
∎ Maintain accurate training records, track learning progress, and prepare MIS and reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
∎ Liaise with internal departments and external training partners (e.g., BIBM, IBB) for training collaboration and resource sharing.
∎ Assist in conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and employee skill-gap analyses to align learning interventions with business requirements.
∎ Support post-training evaluations and learning impact assessments to ensure continuous improvement in training quality.
∎ Promote a culture of learning and encourage staff participation in self-paced and blended learning opportunities.
