  • Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.

  • Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Bangladesh Labor Rules.



Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resources & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions. Ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts. Promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement. Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and implementing employee development programs. Organizing workshops and skill development sessions.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal processes. Assisting managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations. Ensuring organizational policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Audits and Reporting: Preparing for and managing internal and external audits. Generating compliance reports and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the workplace meets health and safety standards. Conducting regular safety training and inspections.
  • Ethical Compliance: Promoting adherence to organizational values and ethical practices. Addressing any instances of unethical behavior or violations of company policies.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating compliance risks. Implementing measures to prevent breaches or violations.
