∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of print production processes and finishing techniques.
∎ Experience in working with FMCG, pharma, or industrial clients.
∎ Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing & packaging sector.
∎ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
∎ Understand client needs and offer appropriate packaging solutions including offset, corrugated and custom printing.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
∎ Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
∎ Track sales activity using CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
∎ Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
